Happy Fit Friday!!
I have officially renamed this blog post because if you know me at all, I am ALL OVER THE PLACE, especially when it comes to my blog content. I don’t know if it’s the lack of adult interaction in my life, or that I may or may not have a mild case of ADHD, but either way, I sit down in front of this computer and want to talk about more than just working out. Having said that……
I have SO much to talk about today – Cindco De Mayo, Mother’s Day, New Jewelry, and, of course the Workout of the Day (WOD). I am going to try to keep it as concise as possible, with seamless topic transitions……I’m probably going to fail……..stay with me.
I hope everyone had an amazing Cinco De Mayo. I certainly did…thank you Ashley Yancer for an amazing party and “Photo Booth.” She hung a backdrop over the window and then had all of the props laid out on the desk in the office. SO. MUCH. FUN.

Now I’m ready for a weekend of rest and relaxation.
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY (early) to all you moms out there. This video was sent to me last year (thanks Kristin Vaughan) and I am sure you all have already seen it, but its so good you probably want to watch it again ;-).
Mom, I want to say thank you for everything you have done, everything you do, and everything you will do. Everyone in your life is lucky to have you, especially me. I love you!

- 20 squats
- 10 push-up
- 40 plyometric lunges
- 30 bicycle crunches
- 10 stationary lunges each leg (20 Total)
- 10 push-ups
- 40 jumping jacks
- 30 leg raises (abs)
- 20 sumo squats
- 10 push-ups
- 40 plyometric lunges
- 30 accordion crunches
- 10 curtsey lunges each leg (20 total)
- 10 push-ups
OUCH!!!! Have fun and chase the fatigue
