It’s the beginning of Memorial Day Weekend and of course, it’s still raining. Don’t you feel like it rains every single year on Memorial Day Weekend? We get all excited for the seasonal christening of the lake and it ACTUALLY rains on our parade. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!

Lets do some tabata because it’s AWESOME!
- 20 seconds of work
- 10 seconds of rest
- 1 minute between circuits
Do the following circuit 4 times
- high knees
- single leg pushups – alternate legs each circuit
- squat jacks
- plank jacks with push up
- rest 1 minute
CHASE THE FATIGUE!
